First Year Mentoring Program
The Student Life Office coordinates a mentor program to assist new students with the transition to university life. If you feel daunted by coming to university this is a great way to help overcome any anxiety you might experience. You will soon find out that many students are going through similar emotions as you. The Mentor Program is specifically designed to make you feel at comfortable in your new surroundings, meet fellow students and become familiar with the various resources available to you at Notre Dame.
Students will be introduced to their mentor and fellow students or Mentees on Wednesday 1st August. At 10.30am students gather for a short hands-on introduction to the Blackboard software followed by the “Link Up Lunch” where you will meet your online team. Remember to register before 30th July so we can send you more detailed information.
To join the Mentor Program, please fill out this application form and return it to the Student Life Office or email us on eng1@nd.edu.au.

Its mission is to serve the best interests of the student body by interacting with the University Administration, organising social events and providing support and assistance to the student body.
The Student Association Committee is elected by the students of each school to ensure that all students are well represented.
